Brian James Trailers to make SED Debut in 2011
Northamptonshire based Brian James Trailers is to exhibit at SED for the very first time next year (SED2011). The company manufacture a whole range of trailers including Car trailers, Recovery trailers, Racing car trailers, Race Shuttles, Professional transporter trailers, Flatbed trailers, Utility trailers, Equipment trailers, and Multi-purpose trailers.
The company has recently launched a new commercial range which prompted its decision to exhibit at SED. Brian James Trailers sales manager Richard Craven said, “We have not exhibited at SED before but we have entered a new market by introducing our new and updated commercial range, therefore SED is the ideal event to reach the construction industry.”
Craven continued, “Our new CarGo range consists of the Flatbed, Tiltbed and the latest in the collection – the Tipper. We also have the CarGo Shifter, which has been re-launched with a new design. All of the models have new chassis.”
The two key design goals of the new CarGo Tipper were it has to be both tough and safe. Brian James engineers first brought the bed height down to help loading and tow-ability, and then steel lined the deck for durability and low stick. The new range is also fitted with heavy duty electric hydraulic tipping equipment and has a remote control which allows the operator to stand back and safely view the drop zone.
Finally, the design allows for the two loading ramps to be placed side by side, helping wheelbarrow loaders operate more efficiently and safely. Ramps are also designed for easily loading heavy machinery.
